Can CASR be customized to my CAA ?
YES. Our offer can be totally customized for your CAA. Contact our team for more information.
Can I install only some of the modules ?
YES. CASR is modular, so you can have the full pack or just some of the modules and add new ones later.
Can CASR integrate with my IT Software ?
YES. Our software is very flexible and adaptable, you can easily integrate your IT solutions in the CASR Software. Contact our team for information.
How can I validate if CASR is a solution for my CAA ?
You can request a presentation, where our team will present CASR platform.
Is there a roadmap for CASR ?
YES. We have an annual roadmap, every year in march/april we release a new CASR version improved with the features developed in the previous year.
If I have a CASR installation, do I have access to patches?
YES. All the patches are integrated in all our clients CASR installation.
If I have a CASR installation, do I have access to new features ?
NO. New features are not included in the initial package. Every year we present our clients the new features and they can acquire them as an additional CASR module. Our team ensures that all new features are in compliance with our clients CASR installation.
How is the support to my CASR installation ?
We offer 1 year of corrective support with the initial package based on a service level agreement. This support contract can be renewed every year.
